Julia y Hugo son una pareja envidiable. Hugo es director de cine, Julia es guionista e hija de una leyenda de la pantalla grande, los reflectores están sobre ellos mientras filman la película más importante de sus vidas, la que los hará inmortales. Pero esa noche se comete un crimen que los hará ver lo que no han querido ver. La cinéfila mesera del café del parque, quizá la inspiración de sus historias, y la actriz apasionada que esta decidida a lograr un mejor crédito, se encuentran en un fuego cruzado con la guionista, donde solo una de ellas sobrevivirá. Necesitamos la sangre del otro, sangre fresca que nos de vida como la tinta da vida a los personajes, hacer lo que sea por obtener un poco de… eternidad. Quizá por ello estaríamos dispuestos a jalar el gatillo, a encajar los dientes, a chupar sangre. Y es que ¿acaso no vivimos ya en una especie de Transilvania? O casi ahí.
